I bought these headphones sometime last year. This changed the way
I listened to music. I'd bring these naughty teddy bears with me everywhere.
Work. school. Work-out. Unfortunately, due to my rough handling and
negligence, the sound started breaking up, and you'd have to move/place
the wire a certain way to listen to music.
To put it simply, I was pissed! I knew it shouldn't have yanked it from under
my backpack/out of the socket, throw it all over the place, and keep it near
liquids. You don't know what you have until it's gone...
So I emailed Ankit to see if they could fix it for me. I didn't mind paying
a fee; I just didn't want to buy another pair. These were my babies!!
They were sweet enough to agree. By the way, I didn't send these
headphones in for about eight months, because I was too busy procrastinating -_-
Ankit STILL agreed to accept the headphones. I just received them today.
But they're a brand new pair :D I can't sing my praises about this company
enough. Not only are their products amazing, their customer service is
incomparable.
